We will repair jewelry purchased from Lisa Dahlen Designs at no charge within one year of purchase. However, if the customer is responsible for the damage, the repair request may not be granted. The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees. Please email a photo of the piece displaying the damage along with a detailed description to email@example.com
Custom and hand made pieces are not returnable. If a piece does not fit, please send it back and every effort will be made to correct the fit. Please contact me to arrange for the re-sizing.
