1863 Civil War token featuring a rider on a galloping horse. "Time is Money" is printed on the top of the token, 1863 and "EXIGENCY" on the bottom. The reverse states "HUSSEY'S SPECIAL MESSENGER POST"/50/WILLIAM ST./NEW YORK
